You may rent the community house for birthday parties for kids age 10 and under for a 3 hour period, including set-up and clean up. Two time slots are available: 9AM to 12 noon, or 12 noon to 3 PM. If your party lasts longer than 3 hours, you must rent under the regular half-day rate.	$125	$175
